I am more of a minimalist when it comes to frames but the picture is off the charts.

That 800 figure sounds too good. Those "cut card collages" are being touted for 3k and up I believe

It's likely due to the smaller size. Graig's "studies" are only 5" X 7" in size, and perhaps not quite as detailed as his more "encompassing" works.

Even so, I wish I had picked up a couple when he was making them available on eBay.

Me too, I have been to some of the best museums on the planet. One of his Ted Williams 5"x7" studies is in the top 5 painting I have ever seen.

Wow! Almost all of you guys have much better card collections than me, but I am the very proud owner of (2) Kreindler Babe Ruth paintings.

They are 16x20's.

Some of that 3K amount is due to the value of the cut-up cards.
