As much as Hunt's website is lacking, the Invaluable Live Bidding has always worked well for me.
Sorry to hear it apparently malfunctioned on you... and hope you actually did win your item. Also hope they relieve you of the one you never bid on. That stinks, but hopefully it's an easy fix. Unfortunately, you probably won't get resolution until Monday, and the waiting game is annoying as hell.
