   .   .   .   .  OK, the RED CROSS cards are said to be a "Louisiana issue"; however, the cards were printed in New York City and the Lorillard Tobacco plant was in Jersey City (NJ). So I ask......how is this issue associated with Louisiana ? I understand that there was a big find of RED CROSS cards years ago in Louisiana. But, that could have been due a Northerner who brought his collection South. TED Z T206 Reference .
