Hey Rick,
Those have some interesting patterns. I've always assumed that these were glued to some kind of lined paper, perhaps an earlier version of college or wide ruled white paper. Note that on both types the vertical line is red... Sometimes single, sometimes double, etc Some of these cards might have been glued once, fallen off, and then reglued. I would imagine that the glue causes the cheap ink on the ruled paper to bleed through into the card and glue. Steve
