I didn't say I was UNHAPPY with REA...I said I was charged a consignment fee. As far as auction houses where everything went smooth. REA & PWCC come to mind (although it takes a while to get your proceeds back from PWCC due to having to wait until the ENTIRE auction was finished). REA was probably the best. But I was charged a consignment fee with them.

Every time I try to unload my beanie babies all of the AHs want to charge a sellers fee and I don't understand why. Same thing with the big box of ~~crap~~ good stuff, I want to give them.

I guess it's just me.

LOL....It was a $1,000 consignment with REA....an old Sports King graded PSA 8. And PWCC average consignment has been $2,000 each time. It was not one single card worth that much though, but all things combined. Seems as though everyone wants five figure cards for consignments. I prefer to play in the smaller sandbox.
