As far as i know the autograph is real. If there is proof that it is not real I have no problem taking the card down.

Besides it being signed, there is between PSA and SGC a total of 6 t206 paddy livingston american beauty 350 w/ frame graded.

I will say this...
Paddy Livingston was known for signing his name on the back of cards - seems to be especially so w/ T206s. So I think you’re off to a good start on the authenticity track. I personally have a signed Livingston (common back) and the card was likewise autographed on the reverse.

But I am in no way an autograph expert.
