I wouldn't be surprised if something similar to this becomes reality one day. Such as a single redemption card issued per year in any of their product line. Such as a Willy Wonka Golden Ticket, where winners would get a private tour and then presented with a very tiny piece of the company.

You may just have something there. Part of the Topps Transcendent appeal is the party (with swag) that comes with the purchase. Wouldn't be too much of a stretch to make a grand prize experience like you suggest.
