I appreciate the feedback here. I was at the National last year and saw this one and bought it immediately as I had never seen one before, then 15 minutes later found another one at a different dealer's table and bought it as well. Neither dealer knew anything about them, and I started thinking I was going to keep finding them as I walked the National floor, but I never saw another there. Like I said, the Dodger team historian (who has an enormous collection of Dodger memorabilia like this), had only seen one before. Given that there are no markings indicating where it was made or by whom, I was guessing it was a give-away, maybe at a function celebrating the 1981 championship, rather than an item sold at a store. Hoping someone on the forum may know.
