I thought the only Piedmont was the 8 but I see there is another one. I thought that had been an argument that the 8 was sheet cut. Maybe I have this wrong.

I don't know how many Pd there are, but #18 is a scrap, there is an overprint layer on the front. This is also known as Johnny Vs favorite card.

I only know of the two, and as you know the 8 (probably) definitely didn't come out of a pack, but I am pretty far from being a Wagner expert.
