Did not the Browns become the Cardinals in 1950 and that's why there are variations of players on both teams in the 1950 Topps set

Interesting story on an interesting collection/collector

Apparently the Cardinals and Browns were playing against themselves in the 1944 World Series....almost like a baseball version of the trinity.
