In my opinion, too many variables to discuss, but as a general rule, I figure cards at roughly 50%-100% more than the next lowest grade. So if a PSA 4 sells for $100, a PSA 5 would sell between $150-$200, and a PSA 6 would sell for $225-$400. Obviously, the more grades you skip, the larger the variance gets.
Ultra rare cards (thinking less than a handful exist) I think the grade has less influence as people are more concerned with just finding the card rather than worrying about the condition. As a result, the difference between 1 or 2 grades may make little difference in the price. DJ

All depends on the set, the player, the population report, the people fighting for it. Especially at the highest levels. But generally, Poor is half of VG, which is half of EX for readily available cards. NM might be double or more than EX.

No one mentioned centering with respect to values and grades. Sometimes I think it can "double'ish" the price of cards in the same grade.
