No central air in our Maui house. Just 3 room A/C's and 2 dehumidifiers and a fair amount of power outages out here in the boonies. We also have a condo in a drier area we do not spend as much time at so may keep them there as dry and secure but won't be able to see as often.

A cool, drier area sounds better. You can always scan and put the cards online so you can see them, you just can't smell them that way.
