The problems with turnaround times is why I've never done PSA. If I must get cards graded, I will usually send to SGC and pay for a quicker turnaround. They aren't perfect either, but they are a heck of a lot more reliable.

At the Boston show November 2017 I submitted a batch of cards to psa. 2-3 days later they were marked received and they were back to me by the end of the next week. Since then, if you submit an order it takes weeks to enter into the system before their time starts. The time has gone from 10 to 25 days for a regular submission. So now when you submit cards it is around 2 months to get back to you.
