I have a major safe in home. But I also have three different SKB cases, and I love them. They really are for guns or photo equipment, etc. but you can do whatever you want with the foam on the inside and they make great card carrying and storing cases. Not very expensive either. I highly recommend.

Something to consider - Safes bring attention to valuables. Depending on your collection, something more inconspicuous might actually be safer. Most burglars want to get in and out quickly. They're going to focus on the obvious items of value. A safe would certainly slow them down. But, if they're familiar with the home (acquaintance) and are prepared for the safe, you might still be out of luck. There are pros and cons either way.
