This is a different article than the one I read a few days ago. I was unaware that he'd had the card authenticated and received multiple 7 figure offers.

I don't know much about this particular card but is it even worth close to a million bucks if it's real?

Im guessing the “authenticator” stated in this article is not one of the “main” tpg’ers. Also owner of this card stated recently that $2 million is his price yet now he seems not willing to sell for 7 figures. Whole thing is fishy and i still believe this card to be fake.

Leon,

Any chance that the threads can be merged/consolidated on this subject?

This story sounds about as legitimate as that actor story in Chicago. Real shortage of common sense these days. A dozen or so details that make no absolutely sense but people forge ahead with the story they want to believe.

Are you saying the actor wasn't attacked?

Completely off-the-topic, but yes the story was BS. The suspects arrested were well-known associates of the actor and didn't remotely fit the description of the event. Was he attacked, maybe. Was he being truthful about the event, without a doubt....no.

There are a lot of conflicting reports out there. I haven't seen anything definitive yet. Maybe they just arrested the wrong guys? It will be interesting to see if we get the true story.
