Well...the cost of grading is $8 per card for the bulk price.....and it would be an extra $1 to cover shipping to AND from California. You would include a piece of paper with the names and variations of the cards you are wanting graded....your net54 handle (so I can know who to message) and your return shipping address.

I got about (16) 1967 Topps Venezuelan singles I need graded. So, I am in. Also, does PSA still grade matchbook issues? If so, can one include them in the bulk?

I'm not familiar with the issue. Maybe someone else can chime in. These need to be standard size or smaller. No pins or coins. And the value can not exceed $100 per card.

PSA definitely grades matchbooks, and they should fit in tallboy holders, not oversized, so they should be okay.

Topps Venezuelan issues look exactly like that year's regular issue, but the backs are different and are in Spanish.

There are actually two types of Venezuelan cards:

One, just like the same years' Topps issue (see 1962 below)

and one described as Venezuelan Topps (see 1967 card below)

I have seen graded cards of each version.

The 1967 set includes players from the Venezuelan set, retired players, and cards of major leaguers that look exactly like 1967 Topps cards on the front, but with different backs.

I am traveling and don't have the time to post images, but an online search or search of eBay will show the different cards in the 1967 set.

After reading your post, I checked the Standard Catalog of Vintage Baseball Cards and it has the 1967 card I posted listed as '1967 Venezuelan League' - the cards are smaller than standard.

Thanks for sharing

That's the beauty of a bulk order. There is no year stipulation. There is a SIZE stipulation and a VALUE stipulation....that's it.

Anyone remember that thread (probably in the post-war section) that talked about lesser-known, low poppage (so many people understandably hate that word ) cards from the 50's through 70's?? Random cards that are ridiculously hard to find centered/focused/whatever and having them in a PSA 8 or 9 would be incredible?? I'd love to peruse that thread again and see if I have anything.

Are '53 Redman w/tab included at the $8 bulk rate, or are they considered supersize?

That's what I would think as well. Are the symbols at the bottom of the card stars, diamonds, or circles? I am just thinking it's a random pack someone sent as a joke. They even spelled George wrong as "Geore." Did you try to PM a "Babe Ruth"?

Yea....we are going to ignore that submission. No sheet stating the variations....cards not even in card savers. Probably one of the PSA board members that is not happy that their forum turned into a graveyard so is over here trying to start shit.

I really don't mind. Yes, close to a 1,000 card order is a lot of work. But when people are appeciative (and most are), I really don't mind. It is when some people act like jerks, that I get miffed. But the jerks aren't submitting....they are just being jerks. It's in their nature.
