This was my only playing days Babe Ruth. If not for a spec of paper loss in the right border is would have graded NrMint. It is now part of a display at our local museum.

I’ve been watching these on eBay closely for several months. IMHO they are poised for price appreciation. Besides those fugly strip cards, what other issue offers you the greatest player ever in his prime for less than $1k? And that German print on the reverse is too cool.
