Actually likely a nice collectible for a Cleveland fan. 1951 was the redesign of Wahoo to change him to the more modern version (less nose, more red) and the Indians likely set up one Metering machine with the new logo to show it.

This could possibly be one or the first look of the redesigned logo to the public. You would need to research with a postal meter collector. (As an ex-stamp collector, trust me, they exist)
