The uniforms are part of a private collection, but were displayed in a museum-like setting. The collection contains a large number of very creative displays. When someone conceives of a display like a recreated turn-of-the-century Spalding gymnasium, you have to tip your hat. The creativity of some collectors goes unacknowledged.

Looks like part of the Gary Cypres collection. His museum in LA used to be open to the public. Not sure if that’s still the case. Regardless, it was very impressive.

I'm less interested in "who has the best collection" than in "who has done something original"? I'm not as impressed by a Wagner and see it as a better indicator of your net worth than your vision.
