Ebay Seller Alert: Thomaroma52

That is how they work. Every time I win an auction for a very low price the item will ship without tracking and then never arrive. The seller will then apologize and refund my low auction price.

I would venture to say that items shipped without tracking generally arrive about 30% of the time. This is particularly astonishing as all other mail arrives at near 100%.

Open a case with eBay and show them what he told you. You may never get the card, but they should at least suspend him for that. Blatantly against their rules.

Wow, yeah that's garbage. This is why I pretty much refuse to buy from anyone with more than like one random negative. There are just too many other good options out there in terms of trusted sellers.

I did open a case with eBay and did get my money back. When I saw that he relisted the card, I called eBay back and explained the situation. The eBay rep I spoke with was very nice. We will see what happens next.

In the meantime, I just wanted to warn everyone so they don't have to go through the hassle of buying something and then having to get your money back on the item.
