You only use a URL if you are uploading form another site, which I don't believe you are. Instead, select the paper clip (above the image button) and then browse to the picture on your computer and upload it.

I never even noticed that. I just upload them to the album here and that gives me the image URL.

I may try the paperclip thing, it seems a bit easier.
