At first glance, it looks like your typical 1963-65 green base, just missing the decals. One thing I did notice, though, is that the bat is usually on the doll's right side. I'm pretty sure there is not one Giants nodder with bat on the left side. So, it looks like the Angels pictured, but with the hair swirl shown on the Twins doll. I have always maintained there was always a mishmash of parts laying around the factory....which is why you'll see white base dolls with green base heads, etc. Yours could be a rather rare nodder.
