Clemente’s fellow Puerto Ricans revered him. Out of respect for their fallen hero, the league canceled the balance of the season.

“I can still remember it like yesterday,” Walker said. “We left the airport and it was the last time I ever saw Roberto Clemente. He saved my life by not letting me get on the plane.”

Really nice looking store model bats. From the picture they seem to be in nice shape. Do you do anything to clean them or do you just leave them as is?

Mark, I try to avoid buying large items anymore, but when I would see nice store model bats at shows, I would purchase them. I never tried to clean them as they were fairly presentable already. I do have some lower condition bats as well.
