Give a little more details: which cards, and which sets? Are they blue flip PSA/DNA cards that you're trying to put in a regular PSA registry? Those don't cross streams. Are you trying to put an authenticated autographed card into a set that didn't originally come autographed? Are you the first person to grade the cards you're trying to add to your set? There's a bunch of things you could be doing wrong, but without more information, there's not much we can do to help.
