Notoriously Off Centered 1970's Topps Cards

Thanks everybody for you replies so far. Down the road once finances stabalize again I may look to do centered sets from the 70's. I'm OCD regarding centering and am slightly afraid of what I might find!

Many of the lower series IA cards from the 72 set are tough to find centered. Still looking for a nicely centered Mays IA in my price range.

Everyone is thinking it, so I'll say it...the problem with a thread like this is nobody really wants to share their 'secrets,' because then they will suddenly find themselves needlessly competing (and hence paying more) for the cards mentioned here on ebay and/or in other places.

IMO, the registries make it painfully obvious which cards are typically o/c as they are the cards with low pops in higher grades. Not sure if any secrets are being revealed in this thread as not only the registries, but past sales history make it fairly apparent which cards are tough to find centered .
