Looks like a Las Vegas Strip special to me.
99 times out of 100, when you see that type of "over the top" framing, it's a bogus piece. I suppose some people are so gullible that they're drawn towards the overall presentation, rather than the actual sigs. Sad.

The forged Babe Ruth/Lou Gehrig baseball that was listed by EBay seller Pmax8 ended without meeting "Reserve" at $10,100.00.
