Notice on this that the lower version has the team name outlined in red.

Time for a disclaimer: The thread is too long to search through, so maybe someone has posted this one before? Dunno.

This is a continuation of the 1969 #476 White Letter variation. It comes both with and without the recurring yellow/white 'flames' emanating from the "C" area...

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

Nice find. Is this WL variation like the Perry, can it be found in both the WL and the regular?

I've only seen it on the WL cards. The weird thing is the white letter cards are missing the yellow printing, yet those flames have yellow in them.

In the regular version of the card (after a quick search) I found some very minor anomalies in that area, like these...

Didn't know if anyone had reported this Danny Cater "white cloud blotch" that I came across yesterday--sorry if it's been covered already:

It is far more noticeable in hand than shows in the scan.

Here's a PSA scan currently on ebay that shows a hint of the same wispy white whatever

Default 1950 R423 #31 Bob Feller variations

I thought I was upgrading my 1950 R423 #31 Bob Feller to a nicer centered version, but instead I now I have two different versions due to perforation and cropping differences. One is perforated both sides, the other is only perforated on the right side. Note the shifted image of Feller as well. Both backs are orange. Looks like I am keeping both!

With the recent attention on HOFer cards with print variations, here is one I noticed today.....the small blue dot on Fergie's stomach is recurring, but limited.
