If you're going to do it, send them in by the end of the month, because Sept 1 the bulk price goes up to $8/card.
However, I wouldn't grade PSA 3 level commons from this set. Keep the remainder raw and possibly upgrade over time. Also, you posted this question in the autograph section, not the Post-War Baseball Cards section.
