Horrible.
You can tell he's not very bright - starting the auction at a whopping $16,000, instead of doing a BIN/OBO or low starting price with a reserve (to at least get price discovery if it ends below the reserve). |

Halper Bros. was a paper company. My firm used to buy paper towels and toilet paper and the like from them. One of the Halper cousins told me that when they folded, hundreds of reams of stationery were thrown out or taken home by employees. Obviously, someone realized that this letterhead could be used for nefarious purposes.
