Definitely not centered either way; top nor bottom...

the card is hidden behind the little extra plastic. It is very centered (maybe 45/55) but it looks like crap because the seller didn't tap it out from behind that extra plastic. This is one of those where you could get a steal because it doesn't look centered unless you take a second look.

I don't mind if a card like this is described as "well-centered" -- because it is. Just don't say "50/50" when a blind man can see it's not.

Yeah, I do agree with Derek that the PSA holders can create a deceptively bad centering look when the card is pushed up against the ridges. Also agree with Jeffrey, I would call this card "Nicely Centered" if it were my listing.

I think what the collecting world needs is a 4th Party Grading company that will evaluate how a card is centered within its holder. Perhaps their sticker would be like a picture frame to accentuate this all important attribute.

Haha! Didn’t even look at the price. I remember Matty (Mr. perfect centering) sharing some examples of eBay items he won where the card was pressed up and under the ridges and one or two taps and, voila, it was “perfectly centered”. That is where there can be a “steal” if the seller doesn’t present his card properly.
