I just found another story in the June 29, 1910 Point Pleasant (WV) Register, where it talks about Joe Mack, who was the player/manager for Point Pleasant. It mentions the game the previous day, against Huntington. It reads in part:

"Few people that witnessed the game at League Park yesterday, knew that the man playing second base for the "Pointers" has a history as interesting, or even more so than the renowned diamond star, "Cy" Young, the Boston American idol. This man, Joe Mack, known from the gulf to the coast as "Reddy" Mack....." It goes on to say that Joe Mack was 59 years old (or maybe only 49); hence, the comparison to Cy Young, who was still pitching in the AL at 43 years of age.

Surely, if "The" Cy Young was managing in the game being talked about, the newspaper in the city the game was played in, would have mentioned the fact.

Sorry for the numerous posts, but I just found him.

It is Julius Young. He is listed in the 1910 US Federal Census, in Ward 2, Huntington, WV. He was 32 years of age, born in Pennsylvania, and he listed his occupation as "Mgr Baseball" in the Virginia Valley Lg.

Seems that some sites may need to update their info. Had this been Cy Young, this card would surely be up there with Demaree, Stengel, Jackson, Gowdey, and other key players from this set. Now I know this is Julius Young. T210 is a great set and I enjoy learning more about these players!
