I seem to remember something about an eBay sale being a contract....
It's interesting to see people side with the seller here. If a buyer told you they bid the wrong amount by mistake I think people would be singing a different tune as to the validity of that excuse. Last edited by packs; 08-03-2018 at 01:13 PM.
