There was a variation discovered a couple of years on the 1968 Topps Venezuelan checklist #278 picturing Orlando Cepeda that has both Hecho en Venezuela and Printed in USA on the back, I'm guessing that it was corrected early in the print run by eliminating the Printed in USA and is very rare.

Thanks Cliff that is interesting. I came across this Ebay listing and did not know what to make of it. Here is the link. It seems like I remember someone posting a PSA 4 Bench Vennie (Goldin Auctions?) that was found to be slabbed in error.
