I play with a group of friends from work, but we play it a little differently. Instead of picking a loser every week, we have to pick a winner every week. But once you pick a team, you can't pick that team again. We play for the same entry fee ($25), but there is optional insurance for an additional $10. Insurance can only be used one time and it's only good thru the first 6 weeks. We usually have about a $1400 pot with the entry fees and insurance.
