Thanks for that. I couldn't figure out what the E would be for. Also, the only Banner County that I can find is in Nebraska. Eddie

ooo-ribay,
Just a guess based on: 1) the banner is blue and not red. 2) there is nothing on it that says "Reds" or Red Stockings" and 3) there are no baseball items or themes on the piece. You would think if it were related to the Reds then the felt would be red in color or there would be a player or baseball logo on the piece or, at least, something baseball related used as a tie-in. All I see are the "C" and the "E". So my immediate thoughts were of the Cincinnati Enquirer. David
