That's pretty well centered for a 54 Topps... take a look at others, they have narrow white borders that year.

PSA 8 allows for up to 65/35 centering on the front. It may just barely qualify, or it should be a PSA 7 (75/25 allowed).

While obviously not dead centered I would consider this one to be in a decent or acceptable category. Without measuring and to the naked eye it doesnt even seem close to deserving a qualifier to me.

The link now brings up a different Aaron as the other one ended. Ebay is SO annoying. I thought the one the OP linked to was OK, if borderline.
