They did just that to me last year! I sent in 30+ cards in November and had nothing by March or April - they made me pay MORE money to upgrade.
I’ll never use them again. I sent cards to PSA at the end of May for their monthly psa/dna Special and have already gotten some back. For that alone they have my future biz.
