I also have a copy of the stamped back counterfeit Rose rookie and it was always my understanding that if they had these two stamps on the back then they were part of the major counterfeit job from back then and had been stamped by the FBI or something like that. According to the court documents, they were also all supposed to be destroyed as far as I remember so the ones that are still out there are special in my mind at least.
