Reprint cut-up 4-on-1 exhibits, possibly 1977 Jim Rowe 4-on-1 exhibits. Here is a yellow one from Jim Rowe.

Thanks for you're taking the time to respond. Just curious, were you able to ascertain this from that fact there's no postcard image on the back?

I picked these three up a couple of years ago. They also have blank backs. Looks like the same kind of cards
