Unfortunately the kid signed his name to several of these early ones as Edward or his intials E.K.
Some more info on the person as I have found other papers on "Edward, he was born in 1902 graduated high school in 1921. He became a policeman (found pictures, patches and other materials) the Pennsylvania State motor police. Also a document (scroll) showing he became a Master Mason "Scottish rite" I thought it was a neat tid bit. Sent from my XT1710-02 using Tapatalk |
