Nobody here knows. We're just guessing. Who possibly knows what people will want decades from now. A lot it too depends on what your purchase price is, these are not commodities and if you pay too much for a card that's going to create an extra barrier to appreciation.

Find the card or set people are over looking right now. There may not be many but I'm sure something will take off this year. If I had to guess I'd say Joe Jackson.

I have to think Willie Mays cards are undervalued at this time. He is 87 years old and his cards have always had value, they just never spiked like Mantle's or Ryan's cards did.
My guess is when Mays passes, his cards will see quite a renaissance and should approach the prices of Mantles in some respects.

Judging by the closing prices in REA for the unissued 61 Topps Dice Mantle and the unissued 66 Topps Mays Punch Out, Mays has a ways to go still to catch up
