These two are obviously trimmed down too far to see the black bar, but the staining is the same as the others in the same number range which have the black bars(barely). These measure up the same as a normal Hostess cards and the other cards in this number range with the black bar at 2 1/4 wide by 3 1/4 high.

After further forensic work I am now comfortable with saying there are six confirmed types of Hostess "Twinkies" cards. The sixth one has been added to the list above.
I've done this through study of the product and staining on the cards. I'm surprised Type 6 cards are as rare as they are as they would have been issued with individual Ho-Ho cakes. That seemed to be a staple product for Hostess then. Nevertheless, the sizing and staining match up. So that's where we are.
