I always hate when people say stuff like this.

"This is a high end example with visual qualities far exceeding the assigned grade. This card would be a great candidate for resubmission."

Kinda begs the question.

Translation:

Buy this card and don't be afraid to pay much more than it's value, then resubmit to PSA for a higher grade and a financial windfall for both of us. By the way, we don't guarantee what PSA will do, so don't blame us when PSA disagrees with our expert opinion.
