It's just part of doing business on eBay. As a seller, I go thru this everyday. Once a buyer pays for his cards separately, it requires several steps to combine multiple orders into one.
If this happens, package up all the cards in 1 package and create the shipping label based on that weight. Once the shipping label is created, a tracking # will be created for one of the orders. Take that tracking # and go into your eBay orders, and update the tracking # of the other items in that order. There is a video on YouTube out there explaining this whole process. It's a pain in the neck but it takes care of the issue. I politely remind repeat offenders and hope they do it right the next time.
