Bobby
Got my T80 Millitary card with Lenox Back in the mail today.
PSA 3. I thought the card would grade a 4 or 5.
Oh Well!
Thanks for organizing this group sub.

Regards
John P

More should trickle in....nice bump on the Lasorda....going from SGC to PSA is a bump in itself monetarily....the half grade push should help when you decide to sell it. Lasorda is a legend.

Sorry to hear of those that didn't grade out well. I was very pleased with my (non-sport) cards. Exactly 100 Booker Tobacco Indians have been graded and I received a 7, only the second one from the entire series with none higher. And the gold bordered card at 6.5 is the highest of the series. 7 of the 13 cards submitted are the highest. Wanted to share my bright spot in this grouping. Thanks again Bobby!IMG_1640.jpg

Received yesterday - Thanks Bobby...

On the 2 that PSA deemed "Trimmed"

The Common, that I noted earlier in this thread, shows absolutely no trace of trim under magnification and compares dead on when overlayed on multiple other examples of 55s.

The 2nd trim - shows no evidence of trim under magnification but does not compare dead on when overlayed. Very slight margin is visible but ever so slight - so is possible but not probable IMO

Anyone else questioning the "TRIM" designations on your submit?

I questioned some of mine. Rather than wait another 6 months, I am selling and moving on.

Default EPDGs

Had 15 EPDGs in this batch.

I will say that I was happy with this submission. 2 cards that I thought should grade higher and 5 or 6 that actually did grade higher than I expected.

So all in all, very happy. Thanks again Bobby.....looking forward to the next submission popping in October.

Sorry for bad photos.....

Robert-Those two cards are trimmed and someone did a horrible job to boot.

And to Lonnie- Magnifying a card or laying a card on top of one another are not methods used to determine if a card has been trimmed. Knowing how to detect a consistent factory cut is how you determine if a card is trimmed, and that can be different from year to year and from issue to issue.

Just a suggestion to anyone who cannot tell if a raw card is trimmed or altered--pay a bit more and buy the card already graded and save yourself disappointment, time and frustration. Card may still be trimmed or altered but it is in a holder making it easier to sell down the road and less likely a chance you will lose money.
