Though I do collect other players, Bill Buckner has a special place in my heart. He hit a homer for the Dodgers in the first MLB game I ever attended. Here's his first professional contract signed as a teenager and the last payroll check he received as a player. There's a whole bunch more in between those two on my website CooperstownExpert.com .

I collect Carl Furillo stuff.I grew up in the same area that he did and got to
know him a little.First met him when I was 12,and he signed '58 Topps for me in his driveway.He would always got out of his way to talk to me when he would see me.
