I usually think "not really" when I see that.

One of my least faves is "centered" in ebay listings when 97% of the ones listed as such aren't.

This one is item specific. "Rare back" in reference to T206s with Polar Bear backs. It's not only an annoying term, it's false.

“advanced collection”

“lot of card for the money”

“fun little auction”

calling something a “find” when it obviously is not

I used to hear this all the time at shows with reference to new, overproduced wax: "drying up."

"missing color" when the card has back damage and/or glue staining

"razor sharp corners"

comparing past sales of a card with no qualifiers to the oc or mc card they're
trying to sell.

Ditto and ditto.

"Dagger sharp corners"

Also agree with Leon about auctions with "PERFECT CENTERING" in the title and you can tell it's not perfect from the thumbnail preview.

Though not technically "rare" Piedmont Factory 42 sure as hell aren't easy. Tougher then many of the backs in the set.

Pasteboard.

Miles ahead of the next annoying thing. So far out in head of the pack of auction annoyances you almost can't see the competition.

Auction “winnings”, or to “win” an auction

Baseballs excessively described as “orbs”

That's certainly 1 of 1. And "highest graded" with "great investment potential".

Except for missing bottom of the card, it would be nrmt. I exaggerate but only slightly.

Oh that's easy!

#1 Most annoying hobby term: PSA

#2: SGC

#3: graded by any third party

I long for the days of dealers lying about "NM" cards. That's when it was hobby ... not a cess pool.

I partially agree with this but the way modern cards are packed out it makes it a bit easier to find non-autographs by searching 'non-autograph.' I know it adds a few things to your search that you don't want to see, but I've stopped being annoyed by it.

I think searching by "non-autograph" would leave a ton of cards out of your sort as most dealers I see do not use that phrase. But if it works for you, great.

I also hate "Ebay 1/1" when I am searching for 1/1 cards, man, what phony crap that is!!!!!

Default L@@K!!!! Must see!!!!

Wanted: raw or graded pasteboard's from the iconic holy grail 1952T set for sell that are looking to find a good home? Should appear crisp and pack fresh (EX-MT++++++ or better) or graded 6.5+ by TPG with newer flip's. Must be dead-centered with razor sharp corner's? Clean card's between collector grade and blazer? Especially need extremely tuff common's that are HTF in high grade? Must be from a smoke-free, pet-free home and have great eye appeal (look better than the grade)? One's that could be certified high-end or are low pop in the hobby? "A" or slightly trimmed card's considered if a very rare card and priced to sell? Prefer to buy from an advanced collector? I seen some bad boy's that were deserving of attention because theyre VHTF centered, but the listing's had poor picture's of obverse and no verso scan's? Couldnt tell if they were repop's? I'm not a card expert or professional grader and am buying for my son's personal collection so need clear pic's? PM or email me with list/photo's/price's? Serious buyer so don't leave money on the table! Payment can be made via PayPal FF? GOD BLESS!!!!!

I tried, but I could not work "poppage" or "set break" in.

That is funny, you also forgot to add in that cards owned by relatives found in their attic/basement are among your favorites.
