To celebrate the Eagles finally winning a Superbowl, I picked up a full run of home ticket stubs from 1960, the last time the Eagles won a NFL championship.

Recent pickup I finally got around to taking some pictures, if anything it is a bit nicer than I remembered it being. No glove, tag or anything else inside. I had posted about this in the BST and wanted the people that asked to see it had a chance if they forgot to check back there. I'd love to find the glove that originally came with it, there are low grade examples available but I'd like a nice blue one.

I have no idea why the pictures are sideways here but they are oriented normally on my website?

Default HOF Ernie Lombardi circa 1930's H & B "Blue Streak" bat

I'm really stoked to have added this circa 1930's 36" Ernie Lombardi H & B "Blue Streak" bat to my Vander Meer "double no-hit" collection.
"The Schnozz" was Vandy's catcher for both of his back-to-back no-hitters on June 11th and June 15th, 1938.

This bat will be a nice complimentary piece and will join two Vandy model bats that I have in my collection.

Can any of our resident bat experts share what they know about this particular Lombardi model bat being called a "Blue Streak"?
I'm guessing it's because Lombardi could hit up a blue streak (career .300 hitter, but arguably the slowest runner in baseball history), but I am curious. Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!

I can see why Lombardi was known as The Schnozz!

Rob, love, love that bobble. Were they plastic bobbles? I can't see those being sold in a plastic bag if they were made of ceramic.

Awesome glove box and bat!

They were made of rubber. I have one glued to the dash of my truck. He bobs like crazy.
