I've purchased some decent double sided frames from Joanne's for photos to show image and slug on the back.

I agree with Ryan. If Aaron Brothers is in your area check them out. They have a large selection of frames and have "one cent" sales twice a year. Buy one frame at regular price, get the second for a penny.

I would throw Michael's and Hobby Lobby into the arena for reasonably priced frames.

Someone I know got some Yankee pics framed up at Michael's that came out great. Plus you can print up an online coupon for discounts.
