One would think. If my memory serves me correct they weighed in 2 years back and validated the boards opinion of it not being authentic.

I'd figure that if the JSA LOA is fake then JSA would try to intervene and indicate that someone forged the JSA document to protect their name. Also, you'd hope JSA would take a role in getting the document issue resolved.
